Seoul - Two Korean men were indicted for embezzlement and tax evasion. One of the men, Lee, worked for a private weapons broker named Ilgwang Gongyoung. The other Korean, Yun, and Lee collaborated on a deal with Russia to import weapons to Korea.
Korea's Ministry of National Defense lacked the knowledge of Russian weapons according to a weapons broker official. Lee and Yun carried out the deal, but kept part of the money.
